I always enjoyed this part of games, if they were included. I remember greatly time, which I spent in Lineage II, Age of Conan and in Warhammer Age of Reckoning. I'm ex World of Warcraft and Warhammer player so I know about what I'm talking about my friend. I don't know about you but I'm trying to get whatever I really can in war game, but often is quite difficult. Yeah, this feature always was giving me extreme amount of pleasure. What I really like in good online war games is unit control and special tactics possible to play in this genre of games. Welcome. This time I don’t want to talk about online war games. This time I would like to present Monopoly City Streets – maybe not popular online war games, but still nice game. was a live massive multigamer online (MMOG). Become the richest property magnate in the world!  Start by buying streets with a given float, build small houses to large skyscrapers, sabotage other gamers streets as play continues against the rest of the world. Gamers start out with 3 million virtual monopoly dollars to purchase properties and buildings.

The price of a street is dependent on the length of the street, due to longer streets being able to house more buildings, thus having a greater potential value than a street that can only house a few buildings. In addition, rent is taxed at 3% per street for each street over five owned.

Gamers can buy, sell, and negotiate prices between other gamers. Gamers have to pay the deed price as a minimum and may only pay 150% of the deed price as a maximum for levels 1 and 2 (so it’s maybe more interesting stuff than in free online war games). Every time the gamer buys a building or street, they may receive a Chance Card, which are either bonus cards, hazard cards or bulldozer cards. Bonus building cards allow the gamer to build a stadium, park or school on any street they own. A single bonus building on a street negates the effect of any existing hazards there, and prevents other gamers placing new hazards, or demolishing buildings.

Hazard cards allow the gamer to build a prison, factory or waste plant on an opponent's street that does not already have a bonus building and is not full of other buildings. Hazards prevent rent from being collected on that street.

There are two primary factors influencing strategy. First, since the tax rate increases as the number of streets owned increases, gamers prefer longer, more expensive streets because they can fit more buildings. Gamers must decide the correct balance between the number of streets and types of buildings owned. More expensive buildings are larger and take up more space. Gamer that fills his street with only one type of building will often be able to fit smaller.

At higher levels, multigamer strategy becomes more important. If a gamer is wealthy enough to appear on the Leaderboard, his streets are likely to be sabotaged with bulldozers and hazards – who need free online war games when you can do such things ?:D

Many gamers reported losing money in auctions and in attempting to purchase properties and buildings. Those streets that were assigned to that account became inaccessible, both to the previous account holder as well as the new one, but were still visible as being owned by that account name. Other gamers reported that rent was not being paid and troubles with selling buildings on properties.

Monopoly City Streets reset all game data on Thursday September 17, 2009, 8 days after initial launch. This would allow people who were unable to access the game when it first started to have an even chance against those who had been playing for the first 8 days. I discovered this quite nice game around year ago and I'm playing in Poxnora from time to time. Why? Because this nice strategy game combines a collectible card game with a turn-based  online war games in a amazing world! Players receive bonuses if their Battlegroups have at least 15 runes of a given faction and a greater bonus if all 30 runes are from the same faction.. Cards or like in Poxnora - rune has it's own specification, power and rarity.  There are 4 types of runes: common, uncommon, rare and most expensive ones - exotic. In battle your target is to destroy your opponent's Shrine. It can be hard, so you should get top and most powerful runes for your small collection. Basically, in Poxnora, gamers are building decks, officially called “the BattleGroups” which consists 30 runes in any combination of various card for your unique army with unique equipment - (If you are looking more about free online war games, check out my blog later). These exotic ones can be really expensive, one exotic rune for Faction can be worth around 30$ or 40$. That's why you should think twice before you buy one. Each player's Battlegroup is shuffled and gamers reveal 2 runes per turn (except the first turn, when 4 are revealed and the second player's first turn, in which 5 runes are revealed). If you like PoxNora, you can expand the game by purchasing additional Rune Packs that will give you access to more Champions, Spells, Relics and Equipment. The game is great free online war games, but to be able to upgrade runes, design your own custom BattleGroups or to trade for other runes. I played a lot as a K’Thir and I got few tips if you play much this side of Poxnora.

- Attacking 2 in one turn requires 8 AP; 3 for the first attack, 5 for the second.

- Try to not have your champions in tight groups in order to minimize the damage from damage area affect. In addition, leaving spaces between champions allows champions better move and can make it much harder for your opponents to maneuver through your lines of defenses.

- Avenging Angel - Deploy to heal your champions, so it helps to wait and deploy this champion once your other characters have taken damage.

-  Elven Druid - This 2×2 is a great  range unit, and can transform into a melee unit. This is useful because K’thir Forest lacks in close-combat.

- Elven Mage & Apprentice Mage - You can teleport & attack with the mage each turn. Scry allows you to gain another rune when the character is deployed.

-  Garu Shaman – powerful poison attack provides persistent damage, and range is always good.

-  Enraged Grizzly - Power attack is really great.

-  Falconer - Detect is useless on this map, but the attack is nice.

-  Snake Charmer – You can use the “Summon Serpent” ability to create new nice champions.

 Poxnora is one of the best online war games, so if you like these kind of games, you should check it out.

Panzer General II is not free online war games, but it’s played in turn-based turn where we are commanders of one of the sides of World War II. By taking part in battles, you can decide how whole war will end. It's great continuation of perfect turn-based strategy played on hexed maps. It's much upgraded than first part thanks to implemented engine of second generation - If you are looking for more free online war games, check out my blog later. Game has thirty greatly made maps placed in eastern and western fronts, North Africa and also American continent. It’s one of the most interesting games I ever saw so I would like to add it to present you this nice war game.

Even most common infantry units are able to defeat our best panzer forces. Never, but never use tanks in capturing cities – it's just quickly way to lose money and attack force.

Panzer General requires us to use highly combined arms tactics, where each unit is powerful against some unit types but quite vulnerable by others. To improve your defense rating and additional protection you can dig and this way your positions must be softened by artillery. This way enemy must attack you with artillery before he attack you the infantry and anti-tanks, and 1 needs to destroy the artillery protects you from behind. If no tank can slip there, one does this mostly by bombers (bombers are like flying artillery), but then it is advantageous to destroy your air defense units first or his bombers will be heavily damaged or even destroyed. The fighters have a dilemma between crushing the enemy air force and protecting the bombers – so everything must be done, smart, fast and clever. Think twice before you attack or even move your units – it’s very important part of every free online war games.

While doing campaigns, we have available many types of arms, which description is very specific and accurate. It's very nice to view every type of planes, tanks or other vehicles, that useful in annihilating enemy forces. It's also available to win war using German divisions, which is greatly unrealistic and far from historic truth, but it gives paradoxically a lot of fun, so sometimes is even better than online war games

We can maneuver our units and structures under control to secure areas of the map to beat our enemies or enemy.  I remember exactly 1st World War II game – Panzer General 2, even after long year I remember excitement great campaigns and amazing game experience.

TBS – full name Turn Based Strategy, is genre of free online war games where we take turns when playing. Sometimes turn time can be limited (if you play online, it's like max 2-3 min per turn or unlimited (single player games). Turn-based tactical game play is characterized by the expectation of gamers to complete their tasks using just the combat forces.  I can talk about these games a lot because I always liked these online war games and I played a lot even in chess.

Wargames - simulations of military battles, long campaigns or total war. Best part is to consider situations that are analogous to the situations faced by leaders like Alexander the Great, Caesar or other famous leader. I think best experience in strategy games is to play as military leader during World War II playing as German general or British is fantastic thing.
